Filing and Service Requirements

a) Filing. The petition for review must be filed with the Clerk in accordance with the filing requirements contained in the Board's general procedural rules, found at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.Subpart C and Section 107.208.
b) Service. The petition for review must be served upon all parties in accordance with the Board's service requirements contained in the Board's general procedural rules, found at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.Subpart C.
