Proof of Petition Notice Requirements
AUTHORITY: Subparts B and C: Implementing Sections 5, 35, 36, 37 and 38 of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) [415 ILCS 5/5, 35, 36, 37, and 38] and authorized by Sections 26 and 27 of the Act [415 ILCS 5/26 and 27]. Within 30 days after the filing of the petition, the petitioner must file a certificate of publication, issued by the publisher of the petition notice certifying the publication of that notice. The certificate must be issued in accordance with Section 1 of the Notice by Publication Act [715 ILCS 5/1].
