Adoption of Peremptory Regulations

- a) When the Board finds that a peremptory rulemaking is necessary under Section 5-50 of the IAPA, and states in writing its reasons for that finding, the Board will adopt that peremptory rulemaking upon filing a notice of rulemaking with the Secretary of State under Section 5-70 of the IAPA.
- b) Notice of the peremptory rulemaking will be published in the Illinois Register in accordance with Section 5-50 of the IAPA.
