Local Enforcement
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 10 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 1010 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
It shall be the obligation of local governments as well of the Environmental Protection Agency (Agency), to enforce by appropriate means the prohibitions of this Part.
