AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 4(m) of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 111½, par. 1004(m)), and Section 401 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1341), and authorized by Rule 971 of Chapter 3: Water Pollution, of the Pollution Control Board's Rules and Regulations.ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
The applicant shall submit to the Agency such evidence as the Agency may require that the discharge complies or will comply with the criteria in subsection 395.401(a) of these rules.
