1. a) The site is isolated from residential and commercial developments.
2. b) The storage facility must be constructed with relatively impermeable materials such as clay, concrete, synthetic liner or equivalent.
3. c) Aeration equipment is provided and maintains a measurable amount of dissolved oxygen.

In addition to the general criteria under Section 391.302(b), the following items shall be addressed by the applicant in the design.
