Withholding of Payments
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Lake Management Program Act [525 ILCS 25] and Section 6-32 of the State Finance Act [30 ILCS 105/6z-32]ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
The Agency may withhold payment to an assistance award recipient who is not meeting the project schedule contained in the financial assistance agreement.
