Final Phase I Report
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Lake Management Program Act [525 ILCS 25] and Section 6-32 of the State Finance Act [30 ILCS 105/6z-32]ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Phase I final reports meeting the requirements of Subpart J of this Part shall be submitted to the Agency on the date specified on the financial assistance agreement.
