1. a) The spent solvent wastes specified in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 721.131 by the following USEPA hazardous waste numbers are prohibited from underground injection: F001, F002, F003, F004, and F005.

2. b) The requirements of subsection (a) do not apply under any of the following circumstances:

   1. 1) If the waste meets or is treated to meet the standards of Subpart D of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 728;
   2. 2) If the Board has granted an adjusted standard in response to a petition under Subpart C; or

   3. 3) During the period of extension of the applicable effective date if an extension has been granted by USEPA as referenced in Section 738.104.
