1. a) A universal waste transporter is subject to the universal waste transporter requirements of Subpart D.
2. b) A universal waste handler is subject to the small or large quantity handler of universal waste requirements of Subpart B or C, as applicable.
3. c) An owner or operator of a destination facility is subject to the destination facility requirements of Subpart E.

Persons managing universal waste that is imported from a foreign country into the United States are subject to the requirements of Subpart H of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722 and the applicable requirements of this Part immediately after the waste enters the United States, as indicated in subsections (a) through (c):
