A generator's exempted waste must be disposed of in a LLRWDF that is regulated and licensed by the federal NRC under 10 CFR 61, or by the Illinois EMA under 32 Ill. Adm. Code: Chapter II, Subchapters b and d, or by a licensing agency in another state, including State NARM licensing regulations for eligible NARM.
