Surveying and Recordkeeping
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 7.2, 22.4, and 22.23e and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/7.2, 22.4, 22.23e, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
a) On a map, the exact location and dimensions, including depth, of each cell with respect to permanently surveyed benchmarks; and
b) The contents of each cell and the approximate location of each hazardous waste type within each cell.
The owner or operator of a landfill must maintain the following items in the operating record required in §725.173:
