1. a) Releases, fires, and explosions, as specified in Section 725.156(j);
2. b) Groundwater contamination and monitoring data, as specified in Section 725.193 and 725.194;
3. c) Facility closure, as specified in Section 725.215; and
4. d) As otherwise required by Subparts AA, BB, and CC.

In addition to submitting the annual report and unmanifested waste reports described in Sections 725.175 and 725.176, the owner or operator must also report the following information to the Agency:
