1. a) LQGs and SQGs. An eligible academic entity has the option of complying with this Subpart K with respect to its laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the requirements set forth in Sections 722.111 and 722.115.
2. b) VSQGs. An eligible academic entity has the option of complying with this Subpart K with respect to its laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the conditional exemption of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.114.
