1. a) LQGs and SQGs. This Subpart K provides alternative requirements to the requirements set forth in Sections 722.111 and 722.115 for determination of hazardous waste and accumulation of hazardous waste in a laboratory owned by an eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to this Subpart K, provided that the academic entity fulfills the notification requirements of Section 722.303.
2. b) VSQGs. This Subpart K provides alternative requirements to the conditional exemption set forth in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.114 for the accumulation of hazardous waste in a laboratory owned by an eligible academic entity that chooses to be subject to this Subpart K, provided that the academic entity fulfills the notification requirements of Section 722.303.
