Appeal of Certification Denial
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 22.4(b) and 22.5 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985 ch. 111 1/2, pars. 1022.4(b), 1022.5 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
If the Agency denies prior conduct certification under this Part, the applicant may appeal that action to the Board pursuant to Section 40 of the Act and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.
