Application Form
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 22.4(b) and 22.5 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985 ch. 111 1/2, pars. 1022.4(b), 1022.5 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The Agency shall prescribe the form in which all information required under this Subpart shall be submitted and may adopt such procedures as are necessary for carrying out its duties under this Part.
