Agency Right of Inspection
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 1995 [625 ILCS 5/13B-30(d)] and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 10, 27, 28 and 39].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The Agency shall be entitled to inspect any location used for any activity conducted pursuant to any approved vehicle scrappage plan in accordance with Section 4 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/4].
