AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 1995 [625 ILCS 5/13B-30(d)] and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 10, 27, 28 and 39].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Any person or entity that violates any requirement of this Part shall be subject to enforcement as provided in Title XII of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/42-45].
