Fee Exemption for Agency Sponsored Vehicle Scrappage Projects or Programs
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 1995 [625 ILCS 5/13B-30(d)] and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 10, 27, 28 and 39].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
In the event the Agency sponsors a vehicle scrappage project or program, it shall not be subject to fees specified in this Subpart.
