AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Law of 1995 [625 ILCS 5/13B-30(d)] and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 10, 27, 28 and 39].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Vehicle scrappage plans may be limited to eligible vehicles that have been driven at least a specified number of miles per year.
