Review of Final Decisions
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Act [415 ILCS 135] and Sections 27 & 28 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/27 & 28].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
All final Agency decisions made pursuant to this Part are subject to review in the manner provided for the review of permit decisions under Section 40 of the Environmental Protection Act. [415 ILCS 135/77(a)]
