Compliance Dates for Part 905
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 25 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111 1/2, pars. 1025 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Except as otherwise provided in Section 905.104, every owner and operator of a snowmobile subject to this Part shall comply with the rules of this Part on and after November 8, 1981.
