Modifications of Parameters
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 22.4, 22.12, Title XVI, and Title XVII and authorized by Sections 27 and 58.5 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/22.4, 22.12, 27, and 58.5 and Title XVI and Title XVII].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
a) The justification for the modification; and
b) The technical and mathematical basis for the modification.
Any proposed changes to Tier 2 parameters which are not provided for in Tier 2 shall be submitted to the Agency for review and approval. A submittal under this Section shall include the following information:
