1. a) For any organic contaminant that has a melting point below 30°C, the remediation objective for the outdoor inhalation exposure route developed under Tier 2 shall not exceed the soil saturation limit, as determined under subsection (c).
2. b) For any organic contaminant that has a melting point below 30°C, the remediation objective under Tier 2 for the soil component of the groundwater ingestion exposure route shall not exceed the soil saturation limit, as determined under subsection (c).

3. c) The soil saturation limit shall be:

   1. 1) The value listed in Appendix A, Table A for that specific contaminant;
   2. 2) A value derived from Equation S29 in Appendix C, Table A; or
   3. 3) A value derived from another method approved by the Agency.
