Fixed Loan Rate
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 19.1 through 19.9 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/19.1 through 19.9].
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Each loan shall have a Fixed Loan Rate equal to 0%.
