Covenant Against Contingent Fees
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 4(k), 4(x)(1), and 4(x)(2) of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/4(k), 415 ILCS 5/4(x)(1), and 415 ILCS 5/4(x)(2)].ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
The grantee must warrant that no person or agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this grant upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee.
