Level of Innovation Plan Detail
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 6(d) of the Toxic Pollution Prevention Act (P.A. 86-914, effective January 1, 1990).ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
The level of detail provided in the innovation plan shall be sufficient to enable the Agency to determine that the criteria for concurrence are satisfied.
