Filing of Documents

AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 4 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5] and Section 5-10(a)(i) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100].ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

a) All documents required to be filed with the Hearing Officer shall be addressed to the Hearing Officer at the following address:
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
2200 Churchill Road
Springfield, Illinois 62706
Attention: Agency Hearing Officer
b) The date that a document is filed for the record is the date the document is mailed to or personally served upon the Hearing Officer.
