AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 4 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5] and Section 5-10(a)(i) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100].ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
This Subpart shall apply to all hearings held by the Agency in contested case permit hearings.
