Notifications to the Agency
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 10, 11, and 12 of the Radiation Protection Act of 1990 [420 ILCS 40].ILLINOIS EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY
All notifications to the Agency concerning the requirements of this Part shall be sent to EMA.RadiumResiduals@illinois.gov.
