1. a) The Agency shall certify individuals to perform industrial radiography in one or more of the following categories:

   1. 1) Certified Industrial Radiographer; or
   2. 2) Certified Industrial Radiographer Trainee.

2. b) Each certification issued shall include a class endorsement for the type of industrial radiography authorized. Such class endorsements are limited to:

   1. 1) Radioactive Materials;
   2. 2) Radiation Machines; or
   3. 3) Radioactive Materials and Radiation Machines.
