1. a) The application fees for examination or certification are non-refundable and are as follows:

   1)	Each application for examination by the Agency...........................	$150
   2)	Each application for certification
   	A)	Certified Industrial Radiographer........................................	$125
   	B)	Certified Industrial Radiographer Trainee...........................	$125

2. b) The appropriate fees shall accompany the application when filing with the Agency.
