1. a) Each registrant shall maintain, for a period of 5 years, records that shall be kept current and available for inspection by the Agency, showing:

   1. 1) A listing of all individuals who have been authorized by the registrant to operate lasers.
   2. 2) The results of all inspections of protective eyewear required by Section 315.100.
   3. 3) The results of all instrument calibrations required by Section 315.130.
   4. 4) The reports of incidents as described under Section 315.160.
2. b) Each operator shall make records maintained pursuant to this Part available to the Agency for review and copying.
