Consolidation and Severance of Claims: Additional Parties
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Title IV Section 402 of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) (42 USC 15512) and Section 10-5 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/10-5] and Section 1A-8(9) of the Election Code [10 ILCS 5/1A-8(9)].STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS
In the interest of convenience and the expeditious and complete determination of claims, the hearing examiner or the Board may consolidate or sever complaints involving any number of parties.
