AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Private Colleges and Universities Capital Distribution Formula Act [30 ILCS 769/Art. 25], Build Illinois Act [30 ILCS 750] and Section 4 of the Build Illinois Bond Act [30 ILCS 425].BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION
a) Eligible institutions shall be independent colleges as defined in Section 1039.20.
b) Grants will be awarded only for capital projects as defined in Section 1039.20.
