Appearance of Parties

AUTHORITY: Implementing Article 10 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/Art. 10] and Sections 21B-15 and 21B-75 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/21B-15 and 21B-75] and authorized by Section 5-10(a)(i) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-10(a)(i)].STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

a) A natural person may appear on his or her own behalf or by an attorney designated in writing; and
b) An attorney appearing on behalf of a party shall file a written notice of appearance.
