Depositions and Discovery
AUTHORITY: Implementing Article 10 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/Art. 10] and Sections 21B-15 and 21B-75 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/21B-15 and 21B-75] and authorized by Section 5-10(a)(i) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-10(a)(i)].STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION
All of the requirements set forth in Section 475.90 of this Part shall apply, provided, however, that discovery depositions are prohibited.
