- a) The average daily attendance of pupils at laboratory schools shall be computed in the manner provided in Section 18-8.05 of the School Code and reported as required in this Section.
- b) Pupils shall be reported in a manner that identifies the local school districts in which they reside and would otherwise attend school.
- c) Laboratory schools shall submit pupil information (e.g., demographic information, dropout/truancy statistics, disciplinary data and number of students graduating) to the State Board of Education at least on an annual basis on forms supplied by the State Board of Education.
- d) Payments to public universities for laboratory schools shall be made in the time and manner provided in Section 18-11 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/18-11].
- e) Payments to public universities for laboratory schools shall be subject to audit and adjustment for error by the State Board of Education as provided by Section 2-3.33 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/2-3.33].
- f) Reports for payment of State aid shall be submitted on forms provided by the State Board of Education in accordance with Section 18-12 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/18-12].
- g) Laboratory school facilities shall be in compliance with all applicable health, life and safety requirements.
