Applicant Qualifications

- a) is a resident of Illinois (i.e., maintains a permanent home in Illinois);
- b) is a female or minority group member (i.e., is Black, Hispanic, Asian American, American Indian, or Alaskan Native); and
- c) is enrolled in an approved program in educational administration in a recognized Illinois teacher education institution.
An applicant who meets the following qualifications is eligible for an equal opportunity scholarship:
