1. a) The institution shall certify that the student beneficiary is enrolled or accepted for enrollment and registered for classes at least half time.
2. b) BIG proceeds will be paid to institutions of record; however, proceeds may be remitted directly to the student beneficiary if the institution designates ISAC as its disbursing agent for this purpose.
