1. a) an ISBE-recognized area career center (see Subpart B);
2. b) a Regional Office of Education or Intermediate Service Center;
3. c) a Local Educational Agency or school district;

4. d) an Indian tribe, tribal organization, or tribal educational agency; or

   1. e) a consortium eligible to receive assistance as a designated "eligible recipient" under the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21^st Century (Perkins V) Act (see 20 U.S.C. 2302(21)).

Eligible applicants are the following entities that have administrative control and direction of a Career and Technical Education Program of Study (CTEPOS), as defined under Section 256.111, for general State and federal CTE funding:
