a) Each awardee shall submit mid-year and annual reports containing program-related data in a format specified by the State Board. The reports shall provide:

1. 1) a description of the type and quality of the project;
2. 2) the extent to which the deliverables have been accomplished; and
3. 3) any additional information that the State Superintendent may request, with 30 days' written notice prior to the required submission date.

b) Consideration for funding in subsequent years shall be contingent upon compliance with the following program requirements:

1. 1) submission to the State Board of required documentation and program components in support of the Perkins State Plan, on or before the deadlines set by the State Board;
2. 2) meeting grant deliverable and performance measures or standards, as outlined in the exhibits of the annual application or contract.
