AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 3-10-1, 3-10-2, 3-10-3, 3-10-4 and 3-10-5 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-7-1, 3-10-1, 3-10-2, 3-10-3, 3-10-4 and 3-10-5].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
a) A committed youth may be transferred by the Department to any of its facilities or programs or as otherwise permitted by law.
b) Transfers shall be reviewed and approved by the Director.
