Commissary Profits

AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3-7-2a and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/7-2a and 3-7-1].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE

Commissary profits shall be transferred to the appropriate benefit fund.
