AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3-4-3 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-4-3 and 3-7-1].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
"Chief Administrative Officer" means the highest ranking official of a youth center.
"Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice.
"Director" means the Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
