AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3-12-2 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-12-2 and 3-7-1].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
Committed youth may release to their visitors any art or craft work which they have produced, if approved by the Chief Administrative Officer.
