Suspension of Programs
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 3-2.5-20, 3-6-2, 3-6-3, 3-9-1, 3-10-2, 3-10-3 and 3-12-3 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-20, 3-6-2, 3-6-3, 3-9-1, 3-10-2, 3-10-3 and 3-12-3] and Sections 13-40 through 13-45 of the Illinois School Code [105 ILCS 5/13-40 through 13-45] and authorized by Sections 3-2.5-20 and 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-20 and 3-7-1].DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
Unless otherwise provided by law, any of the provisions of this Part may be suspended by the Director for reasons including, but not limited to, safety and security, budgetary constraints, insufficient program resources, inadequate space or unavailability of educational staff.
