AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Act [20 ILCS 4005].ILLINOIS MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT PREVENTION COUNCIL
Monthly fiscal reports and program performance reports are due on or before the (15th) fifteenth of the following month.
