Drug Testing
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Law Enforcement Intern Training Act [50 ILCS 708] and authorized by Section 10 of the Illinois Police Training Act [50 ILCS 705/10].ILLINOIS LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING STANDARDS BOARD
A person must meet the necessary laboratory levels and criteria prescribed by the Department of Public Health.
